HERBS: KEEP THE FLAVOUR COMING ALL SUMMER
Herbs are something of a mainstay in my garden. I have planted variegated and blackcurrant sage, as well as fennel and fever few, to add scent, colour and structure to the borders. Pots of sage, oregano, thyme, mint, and a bay
tree, grow in containers by the back door for culinary use, and a large
rosemary bush flourishes by the front door, all are within reach of the kitchen where they’re needed.
