OK, hands up who gets to the middle of January every year feeling hideously guilty at how much they have overindulged over the festive period? You know, that fifth helping of Christmas dinner, the daily mince pie (or pack of) and enough mulled wine and spirits to fuel a space mission to one of those new exoplanets we keep hearing about?
Yes, me, too! It’s almost as if the word “no” slips our minds. But remember that the holidays should be about spending time with family and friends, not gorging on food and drink.
