After Nyne Magazine  |  The Environment Issue
At a time when the world seems to be in tremendous state of upheaval, it pays to move beyond the periphery and look for the good. Sometimes that can be our surest track to spiritual and psychological salvation.
It’s not always easy – the socio-politico arena has shifted beyond anything we recognise.
The new ‘me first’ climate popularised by the politics of Donald Trump, Nigel Farage and others are omnipresent and facilitated by an ever-present 24 hour news culture. We’re saturated and fatigued.
But we must not let that blind us to the infinite possibility for good in this changing environment. Art and beauty will out, especially when used as a conduit for a message that is as urgent as it omnipresent.
This issue, with Chris Jordan’s lead feature, presents us with an opportunity to stop and think.
