A PUNCH spokesperson told the Advertiser: ‘We can confirm that the kitchen is fully operational following works of £15,000.
‘With regards to the snug area, a discussion took place regarding investing in this area of the pub, but for the time being, our operations director for Scotland advised to concentrate on making the bar area a great success as well as getting the food up and running.
‘It was then confirmed this would be discussed at a later date and no further conversations have taken place.
