WITH a total of 21 nominations across all award categories at the Scottish Outdoor Leisure Awards, those working in the outdoor leisure trade in Argyll made a lasting impression on the industry, with four awards being won by Argyll-based businesses.

Drimsynie Holiday Park made the headlines after winning the best family holiday park award but not without stiff competition from many other parks, including another three situated in Argyll – Port Ban, Kilberry; Rosneath Castle; and Hunter’s Quay, near Dunoon.
