ENGLAND ATHLETICS is encouraging people to get running and talking with friends and family on October 10 in support of World Mental Health Day
The governing body is again backing its #runandtalk initiative in an effort to help people improve their mental health and breaking down the stigma associated with mental illnesses.
During the week of October 8-14 people are urged to run one mile, or further, at a time and location of their choice or by joining one of the England Athletics groups organised.
