'LOSE WEIGHT NOW' HEALTH EXPERT TV'S CHARLIE DIMMOCK
Charlie Dimmock made a welcome return to our TV screens with her BBC series Garden Rescue last week. However, the fifty one year-old star’s size had some viewers worried, and they posted on Twitter to voice their surprise and concern. For years, health experts have warned that it is unhealthy and dangerous for a woman to carry excess weight specifically around the stomach area as it can lead to some serious health problems. Registered dietician Alison Clark of Achn.co.uk told Bella, “The health implications of carrying weight around your middle is a higher chance of visceral fat. This can increase our risk of cancers, heart attack, stroke and type 2 diabetes, so Charlie could be putting herself in danger by carrying weight around her stomach. Taking action now to lose weight and reduce potential health problems is important.
