Argyll and Bute on track for sports funding

KINTYRE’S sports clubs could be on track to receive a cash boost from supermarket Aldi.

Aldi is pledging to provide Argyll and Bute sports clubs with valuable funding with the return of its Scottish Sport Fund (SSF), which is now open for applications.

All charitable sporting organisations in Argyll and Bute can apply for funding for anything from new strips or training equipment to subsidising transports costs.
