Amazon refund for ‘non-compliant’ products
What’s the threat?
Scammers are sending text messages that claim to be from Amazon saying you’ve been refunded because a seller broke its rules.
The text begins: “Our investigation confirmed that the seller violated Amazon’s policies by offering noncompliant products” ( 1 in our screenshot right). It adds that the seller has been “permanently removed” from Amazon’s Marketplace.
