DANZA&DANZA International  |  July/August
In this issue we meet Ohad Naharin in the green hills of Monferrato to discuss his most recent work, “2019”, presented at Orsolina28 Art
Foundation. We also hear from the American choreographer Meg Stuart, who returns In Italy as a guest of the Bolzano Danza
Festival in July with her latest piece "Cascade".
A phenomenon that has been reproducing, multiplying and shooting off on many artistic paths for almost forty years, les ballet C de la B are a hotbed of dance without boundaries.
As Italy introduces the establishment of National Choreographic Centres, we look to neighbouring France to reflect on models, missions and differences. We spoke to Ambra Senatore, artistic director of the National Choreographic Centre in Nantes and co-president of the CCNAssociation in France. Our dance critics reviewed many debuts in the world, from Tunis to London, including two reinterpretations of "Peer Gynt" in Zurich and Dresden, the premiere in Holland of NDT1 "Dreams 360", the Italian Dance Platform (NID) and two new creations by Eyal Dadon's and Diego Tortelli for Aterballetto.
