■ Nether Lochaber Village Hall will be the venue for a family ceilidh on December 29, from 7-11pm. The Midgies Ceilidh Band will provide the music and there will also be a piper, good craic and dancing. This is a family event. BYOB with some traditional fayre available for a small donation. Entry and local minibus service are by donation – no tickets. Booking is advisable – places are limited due to the size of the venue and number of bus runs we can offer.
