AN ADVICE service is urging Western Isles residents to report nuisance phone calls.
Research shows Scots receive more nuisance calls than any other part of Europe.
Roddy Nicolson, manager of the Western Isles Citizens Advice Bureau, said: ‘Nuisance calls are far too common today and afiect huge numbers of people across the country. One of our roles in the bureau is to protect people’s rights as consumers and one of those rights is that you don’t need to put up with calls you don’t want.’
