IF YOU go down to the woods today, you’re sure of a big surprise – but there are no bears at Glencoe, just the chance to uncover secret treasure. Join National Trust for Scotland Rangers every Wednesday in July and August from 10.30am on a family treasure adventure to explore Glencoe’s woodland trails and discover hidden treasure.
Young treasure hunters will crack clues as they follow the trail, learning useful navigation skills and completing challenges along the way. From tree rubbings to pond dipping, building dens to identifying flora and fauna, it’s a fantastic, fun chance for young people to get out and connect with the natural world.
The adventure costs £8 per child and accompanying adults go free. Booking is essential. Reserve your space now to ensure you don’t miss out. Call 01855 811307, email glencoe_events@nts.org.uk or head online at https://nts.cloudvenue.co.uk/familytreasureadventure to book now.
