So, Christmas has passed and the New Year begins. And it’s at this time of year that we’re usually full of good intensions: going to the gym, more yoga classes, eating healthy food and so on. We tend to head into everything at full speed and then after a few weeks, well, our good intentions are either forgotten or something we no longer have the time to do. It’s a familiar pattern. Yoga teachers see it regularly as class numbers rise and then settle back into their normal rhythm. So, how do we start — and maintain — a meditation practice?
