Wellbeing Magazine Issue 104 March 2025 Back Issue

Every year, I make it a point to step outside my comfort zone, embracing a travel experience that challenges me both personally and professionally. This year, Bali was my destination—a place where creativity, nature, and mindfulness intertwine. Returning with a newfound passion for photography, I find myself reflecting on the beauty of capturing moments, not just with a camera, but in life itself.

This issue of Wellbeing is an invitation to explore, discover, and grow. I had the privilege of speaking with some incredible individuals who are redefining health, healing, and happiness. Doctor Seaweed shares the remarkable benefits of seaweed, while Adrian Freedman takes us on a journey through plant medicine music, spanning from the UK to Japan and deep into the Brazilian Rainforest. Composer and cancer survivor Helen Anahita Wilson reveals how music and plants can transform our wellbeing.

We also hear from Ruby Wax on mental health, Laura Vale on ageing gracefully, and Nazar Yasin on the future of spirituality. Martin Holden-White talks about the Grubby Revolution, and Claudia Le Feuvre reminds us that wellbeing is about small, powerful changes. I even stepped into a hyperbaric oxygen chamber to experience its growing health benefits firsthand.

This magazine is more than a read—it’s a spark for conversation, a catalyst for change. So place it on your coffee table, share it with friends, and let’s embark on this journey to ultimate wellbeing together.
