15 Ways
Upcycled ReRun clothing looks pretty good to us!
1 Stop buying new
Refraining from buying new items of running kit is one of the best things you can do to stop contributing to the damaging environmental impact of the clothing industry, as well as landfill. There are so many other options out there – from wearing what you already have, to buying second-hand, to swap shops – that buying nothing new really doesn’t mean no longer experiencing the excitement of wearing something that’s new to you
2 Get a reusable water bottle
One of the simplest ways you can reduce your waste is by buying a reusable drinking bottle and ditching single-use plastic bottles for good. Bring it with you to races, so you don’t contribute to the mountains of plastic bottles left by the wayside at big events. You can also fill it with a DIY rehydration drink – one part squash to four parts water, plus a pinch of salt.
