James McCreet, in a recent issue of this magazine, advised writing something no-one would read, a journal for example. Stephanie Rogers acted on this and wrote a never-to-be-sent letter to her planning department, then she sent a letter telling us about it in the Star Letter of the December issue.
A nevergonnasend letter is always a good idea and something I’ve practised for many years. You’re upset and need to say what you really think but know you can never send it. Write your letter twice. The first as a nevergonnasend in which you let rip then produce a second letter once you’ve let out those feelings and feel calmer.
