YOU WILL NEED
• plain cookies
• royal icing
• piping bags
• colours – pink, green, blue.
• cocktail sticks
1 Begin by making some royal icing. You need flood consistency.
2 Add the royal icing into a mixer with some water. Mix on high for 3-4 minutes. It needs to be a thick consistency, but runny enough to slowly drip off the paddle attachment.
