Australian Country  |  Issue#20.4 Jul/Aug 2017
For the next issue of Australian Country we’ve again followed the highways and byways all over the country to search out the best stories from rural and regional Australia. From an amazing house and Edna Walling designed garden in Victoria’s Pyrenees to the home of fifth generation South Australian wine maker Peter Seppelt and his wife, Roz, we’re delving into grand Australian traditions and the families who maintain them. Our travels to Norfolk Island uncovered Forrester Court, an extraordinary clifftop of Brad and Ariane Forrester and one of the most spectacular locations in the world in which to enjoy high tea. The weather is cooling down, so our fashion feature focuses on winter looks in the historic outback setting of the Qantas Founders’ Museum at Longreach. Our travel story heads to Tasmania and Bruny Island while we visit northern NSW to catch up with Kate Noller, who manages to combine earning a living with her passion for horses. Our service features cover heating and accessories for the bedroom and there’s lots of other design inspiration on every page.
