Craft Business  |  Aug 2019
Well it is definitely, officially, summer as I have enjoyed a good number of barbecues!
And with the recent good weather I hope you have been taking your crafting outdoors. There's nothing better than relaxing outdoors in the fresh air – while it lasts.
Not to put a downer of the sunshine but we take a little look at Halloween this month – just a taste and nothing too scary.
But we also hold on to the summer as we look ahead to the Festival of Quilts and take a look at what they will have on offer.
We also chat to Leslie Levy, the Executive Director of the International Quilt Study Center & Museum at the University of Nebraska, who is bringing a fascinating collection of Baltimore Album Quilts from the 1840s and 50s to The Festival of Quilts.
And if that wasn't enough it's also time to get your nominations in for the 2020 Craft Business Awards.
I hope you enjoy reading this issue of Craft Business!
