Around 17 per cent of all UK women currently experience hair loss or thinning. Poor nutrition and stress are leading causes. On average, each hair follicle grows 10mm per month, and is fed nutrients through the bloodstream. But if your daily diet isn’t up to scratch, growth can suffer, leaving your locks limp and sparse.
