Understanding team dynamics

”A psychologist studying group dynamics proposed this model for group development: forming, storming, norming, and performing.”

Every member of a rowing team, from the coach to the coxswain, knows that a team cannot succeed if it doesn’t work together. Typically, we know this from experience.
