IT’S ALL ABOUT RED,BABY

As the vegan surge continues one of the many benefits is food and drinks producers taking the labelling of their products more seriously. This, in turn, has filtered down to the retailers who are making it much easier to find vegan products.

The world of wine used to be shrouded in an air of mystery and intrigue, but now vegan-friendly wines are more accessible than ever. Red wines are often associated with the darker part of the year and perhaps heavier, meatbased dishes too, but as you’ll find with our suggestions this month, they have a versatility that far exceeds this. Find out more about vegan drink and food on the forkandcarrot.com website or follow Oliver Coningham on Twitter @forkandcarrot.
