Terry Sullivan
July 22, 1938 – January 2026
Renaissance frontwoman Annie Haslam has paid tribute to Dave Sullivan, the drummer who had two spells with the band, who has died at the age 87. Londoner Sullivan joined the British prog-folk band in 1972, and remained with them for eight years during a period that included the Top 10 hit single Northern Lights, and was with them again from 1998 to 2002. “Dave was a great drummer, a warm human being, caring, funny and also an excellent songwriter,” Haslam commented in a statement.
