She recently showed off her 2st weight loss, but Mel, 41, reveals staying in shape has become harder as she ages. The mum-of-three says: “I try to do at least 30 mins of cardio a day mixed with weights. I’m also a big fan of sit-ups, so I do as many of those things as I can.” Mel also credits her toned body to plenty of “sexercise” with her husband, producer Stephen Belafonte.
