MICROSOFT WORD
Evenly space the rows and columns in tables
To make a table of data look neat in Word, you should choose Distribute Rows or Distribute Columns. This adjusts the rows or columns to ensure equal spacing, saving you the hassle of resizing each one.
First, click Insert, then Table and move your cursor over the grid to create your table. Initially, the rows and columns will be spaced evenly, but this might change if you adjust the table’s size, add more rows or columns, or add large amounts of data.
