How wearing the wrong shoes can lead to injury
THE TEACHER

It’s important not to neglect your feet when you embark on your training. When you run, your bodyweight is multiplied by up to seven times, with your feet bearing the brunt of this impact in every stride you take. Over the course of a marathon, half marathon or even 10K, that’s a lot of stress on your poor feet!
Making sure you have the right trainers will help you get the most out of your running. Having them properly fitted is essential in ensuring you have the right shoe for your foot type. Your feet are unique; buying trainers without trying them on can be an expensive and uncomfortable mistake.
