RUN FOR 30 MINUTES
Starting running, whether it’s your first time or your most recent time, is a big deal and it takes guts. Training your body to run for 30 minutes is going to make you uncomfortable and challenge you. Ultimately, it’s going to be a fun and rewarding challenge and you’ll be glad you took it on, but there will also be difficult points along the way. That’s why we’ve simplified your training as much as possible and answered all the questions you might have.
Start now
It’s tempting to put off starting a new activity or habit until conditions are ‘perfect’– whether that’s once the weather is a bit nicer, after a busy period at work has passed or after the school holidays have finished. But, if you want to start running, the best time to start is now. Conditions are never going to be perfect – so just go for it.
