CHIPOTLE PASTE

SPICED YOGURT
Mix 1 tbsp chipotle paste with 3 tbsp yogurt or crème fraîche and use to pep up sandwiches.
SPICED CUTLETS
Loosen 3 tbsp chipotle paste with a little water, then use to baste lamb cutlets or chicken wings as they cook on a hot barbie. Serve with lime-spiked mayonnaise and a herby salad.
