“This has long been my go-to celebration meal. Every house move, Valentine’s or anniversary night, it’s always my request. Fish and chips go well with champagne (bonus) or any other fizzy stu too. Although you can pick them up from the chip shop easily enough, why not try making my easy beer-battered version?
