STREET FOOD WITH DRAMA ON THE SIDE
Independent food market Kerb pitches up outside the National Theatre on London’s South Bank Wed-Sun until 23 September, with a 70-metre banqueting table. Think Portuguese sandwiches, rum punch and scoops of Big Kid Ice Cream’s ‘honey butter toast’ in the sun. What’s more, the NT’s free outdoor festival, River Stage, runs every weekend from 9 June to 2 July, with live music, dance and drag performances.
Also in London... Enjoy small plates from the city’s restaurants at Taste of London (below, 14-18 June) in Regent’s Park or Savour (21-23 July) in Chelsea.
