They’re plastic-free storage bags for food and other bits made from food-grade silicone. They’re freezer and dishwasher-safe – and you can even cook in them. Cook with a Stasher Use them in the microwave or go all Heston Blumenthal and try ‘sous vide’ cooking (sort of). Sous vide is a cheffy way to slow cook at a lower temperature in a water bath for tender results.
