A BIT ABOUT MEHAK KANSAL
Growing up in the English countryside in Wiltshire, Mehak developed a great love of growing (and eating) vegetables, but it was during summer visits to her grandmother in India that she learned to cook food from her Indian heritage. Back in the UK, unsatisfied with her career and struggling with depression, Mehak found an outlet with a food blog and started hosting sell-out supper clubs. Afterwards, a successful pop-up in Westfield London encouraged her to pursue her food dream. Now she has a Bindas Eatery in Mercato Mayfair with more outlets planned.
