JAMES’S STORY
Eight years ago, James and his wife, Sandia Chang, opened Bubbledogs in London’s Charlotte Street, serving hot dogs and champagne until the current crisis. Unknown to many, hidden behind a curtain at the back was the Kitchen Table, the couple’s 20-seat chef’s table where James and his talented team hosted intimate dinners with a daily-changing 12-course menu. Kitchen Table now has two Michelin stars – a testament to James’s skill. Let’s hope the restaurant returns to full strength soon.
