Merge images for greater sharpness
Enhance sharpness and depth of field using Affinity’s focus merge
AFFINITY TUTORIAL
When using lower f-stop numbers or shooting with a macro lens, the zone of sharpness can become a problem. One solution is to take photos with different focus points and then merge them in Affinity to get the subject in full focus and isolate it with an enhanced depth of field. To achieve the clearest results, you will need around 30 to 40 photos – still subjects work best so that you don’t over-complicate the merge process.
