Picture this: it’s your wedding day. You’re standing at the altar, suited and booted, waiting for your spouse. But there’s one catch: you’ve never met them.The premise of Channel 4’s Married At First Sight UK is just that, and Jenna Robinson and Zoe Clifton – spoiler – were the only couple to survive this year’s series.

Matched by experts Paul C Brunson, Mel Schilling and Charlene Douglas, the couples on Married At First Sight – or MAFS – endure various challenges, from date nights to dinner parties. Paired with commitment ceremonies, the couples are tested constantly, whether that’s by their spouse or, as we saw this year, by other contestants. But what has it been like for Jenna and Zoe since the experiment ended? Based in Blackpool and Stafford respectively, the pair have had to juggle long distance with balancing their careers: Jenna owns a zero-waste shop, and Zoe is a quantity surveyor. “It’s been madness. You don’t realise how much your life is going to change,” Jenna reflects. “We feel like we’re living two separate lives at the minute and trying to balance everything.”
