time-spanning scenario sees you jump between ’80s Poland and a grimy future wasteland, clad in a hefty hazmat suit – the contrast strikingly illustrated in a trailer that switches from bleak ruins to a warmly lit game of chess in an elderly lady’s living room. A snippet of the game in action, meanwhile, shows only the unwelcoming world to come, as you clomp around in the dark, gun at the ready to blast away at skittering mutants that want to prevent you seeing another dawn.
