‘Fake it till you make it’ is a familiar term and can be helpful advice in certain situations, but when it comes to teaching yoga does this apply? Should we really be ‘blagging it’ with other peoples’ bodies? Is it ethical to teach a style of yoga that you do not feel comfortable with or are unfamiliar with? Or to teach poses that you do not practice yourself?
