CHOCOLATE CAKES
Something sweet
For the cakes:
• 245g (2 cups) gluten-free flour
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• Pinch of salt
• 100g (½ cup) dairy-free butter
• 115g (½ cup) of golden caster sugar
• 1 egg substitute (2 level tbsp of VeganEgg with 115ml (½ cup) of ice cold water and whisk vigorously)
• 1 shot of espresso (brewed)
