I’m now a month into Project ‘Likely Fail’ (as Beej so thoughtfully put it) and little else has been on my mind since. There’s a massive amount to do and despite the fact my hands are hardly getting dirty, the logistics of the build, race entry and personal and financial commitment are no small considerations, oh no…
Motor in!
It’s been a fact-finding month for me on two key areas. Firstly, I’ve been mostly staring at the TZR at Phoenix Yamaha in Trowbridge with project builder Wayne Philips. He’s actively pointing out all the faults and foibles, plus compiled lists of what was needed. The other was a visit to Brands Hatch to the opening round of the Yamaha Past Masters series – the one I am aiming to race in!
