When it comes to maintaining a balanced anti-inflammatorydiet, we’ve learnt to think in terms of proteins, vision- antioxidant, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory carbohydrates and good fats – but it’s important to eat a variety of hues too, according to nutritional experts (note: jelly sweets do not count!). The mantra ‘eat a rainbow’ is cropping up everywhere, written on the walls of Deliciously Ella’s The Mae Deli and recommended by leading nutritional therapist Angelique Panagos to name but a couple.
