What is it?
A young grass from the wheat family that grows in mild regions throughout Europe and America. You can get it as a tablet, capsule, powder, or in liquid form, usually freshly made in a 30ml shot. For 70-odd years people have claimed its high nutrient content means it does everything from stabilising blood sugars to boosting red blood cell production, improving circulation to preventing inflammation. It’s rich in iron, calcium, magnesium, amino acids, enzymes and vitamins A, C and E.
