You almost certainly know that October, as per every year, is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This got us thinking not only about the importance of regular breast checks, but about all the other ways we can keep an eye on our health. So, in a recent healthy survey, we asked you what you know about your body – all those numbers and measurements that can tell you so much about your wellbeing and any steps you need to take to improve it.
The great news is, you’re doing brilliantly. A huge 66 per cent of you know your BMI, and over half of you could tell us your blood pressure. You’re also good at attending routine tests – 45 per cent go for an annual eye exam, for example. But, there’s always room for improvement – so read on for easy tweaks that could make you even healthier.
