Flashing a dazzling diamond ring and smiles to match, Gemma Atkinson and Gorka Márquez have announced their engagement after a romantic Valentine’s Day proposal.
The couple, who met during the 2017 series of Strictly Come Dancing, shared their happy news on social media, posting a sweet photo of the actress and radio presenter kissing her dancer fiancé on the cheek with the caption: “Of course I said yes.”
It’s an announcement that seals their place in the ever-growing list of love stories from the hit BBC1 show, during which several couples have discovered they’re perfectly in step both on and off the dancefloor.
Gemma, 36, who has 20-month-old daughter Mia with Gorka, 30, told hello! how she fell for the Spanish star when they were on the Strictly live tour.
