A NEW ROYAL BABY HELLO’S GUIDE TO EUGENIE AND JACK’S FIRSTBORN

With the arrival of baby Brooksbank, proud new parents Princess Eugenie and Jack have made the Duke of York and Sarah, Duchess of York grandparents for the first time. August Philip Hawke, who is the Queen’s ninth great-grandchild, has already been welcomed with a flood of well-wishes from both royals and celebrities, and close family and friends are no doubt eager to meet him for the first time. Here, we take an A to Z-look at the world of the newest royal baby…

A A-LIST WEDDING

Eugenie and Jack have a number of A-list friends, most of whom were present when they tied the knot in October 2018. Among the guests were actresses Demi Moore and Liv Tyler, model sisters Poppy and Cara Delevingne, singer Ellie Goulding and supermodels Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss, who attended with her daughter Lila Grace. Ricky Martin, Pixie Geldof, Cressida Bonas, Robbie Williams and his wife Ayda Field are also friends with the couple.

B BEATRICE

Only 19 months apart, Eugenie and her big sister Princess Beatrice have always been close. Beatrice served as maid of honour at Eugenie’s 2018 wedding and Eugenie returned the favour two years later. “We get on fantastically well, perhaps because we do and think different things,” Eugenie said. “Like all sisters, we have silly arguments about unimportant stuff, but we do love each other to death.”

C CASAMIGOS

Jack is European brand director of Casamigos Tequila. He first started working with the drinks company, which was co-founded by George Clooney and Cindy Crawford’s husband Rande Gerber, as brand ambassador in 2016 and was promoted to his current role in September 2018, the month before his wedding. He also has his own wine merchant business.
