INGREDIENTS
For the berry blitz
• 200g/7oz frozen berries
• 50g/2oz oats
• 40g/1½oz fresh baby spinach
For the chocolate chia
• 1 banana, peeled and sliced
• 100g/4oz natural yoghurt
• 1 tbsp cocoa
• ½ tbsp chia seeds
For the tropical burst
• 200g/7oz frozen tropical fruit
• 30g/1¼oz cashew nuts
• 1 satsuma, peeled
For the creamy banana
• 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
• 50g/2oz diced cauliflower (florets only)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
1. Add the ingredients for whichever - or all - of the smoothies you want to make to a freezer bag, push out the air and seal shut.
2. Freeze for up to 2 months.
3. When ready to make, add the contents of the bag, straight from the freezer, to a blender.
4. Add 500-600ml/18fl oz-1pt milk of your choice (dairy or nondairy) and blitz until smooth. Serve immediately.
