Sinceit launched in America a few months ago, we’ve been hearing whispers about a budget base product that gives skin a creamy, soft-focus finish.
The new Lumi Glotion from L’Oréal Paris sits somewhere between a moisturiser and a highlighter. It comes in four shades and instead of that super-glossy, glazed look, it gives skin more of a low-level glow.
