macOS Photos
I heard that it is possible to hide photos in macOS Ventura – will this work the same as iOS? Lisa Renee
1 Select image(s)
Pretty much, yes. Open the macOS Ventura Photos app, then go to Library>All Photos and click on an image – hold Cmd and select more images if you wish.
2 Right-click photo
Now ctrl+click on the image and a menu of options will appear. Choose the ‘Hide 1 Photo’ option and the photo will be moved to the Hidden album, which is invisible by default.
3 View the folder
Click on ‘View’ in the menu bar and then choose ‘Show Hidden Photo Album’. The Hidden album will now be visible in the Photos app sidebar. Click to view.

Focus
A new feature of macOS Monterey and iOS 15, Focus is an expansion of Do Not Disturb that lets you create new ‘Focus groups’ for any given time period and determine exactly which apps and people can contact you when it’s in effect.
Private Relay
Private Relay is a new feature of macOS Monterey and iOS 15 that keeps your internet activity private by hiding your IP address and browsing activity in Safari. It protects your unencrypted internet traffic so that no one can see who you are.
Universal Clipboard
This is an Apple ecosystem feature that allows you to copy and paste content between Macs, iPads and iPhones. To use it you need to ensure all devices are signed into the same Apple ID, Wi-Fi network and have Bluetooth and Handoff turned on.
