NOPE, THE HEADLINE is not a derogatory remark by Dad… which is unusual as he has form for it, but the translation of the name of the hill we did for this months walk. It’s better known as Morrone, a Corbett that rises above Braemar, being that it stands at 2818ft. Don’t let This put you off as you start at a goodly height above sea level. It’s neither an easy walk, nor a hard walk, but there are shorter versions available which we’ll explain as we travel along.
