After completing a psychology degree, she changed career direction and went to study pastry at Le Cordon Bleu before working for years as a pastry chef in top London restaurants. Ravneet has written three cookbooks (see p18 for a review of her latest) and contributed to many publications as well as appearing regularly on TV cookery shows. She also campaigns to promote healthy work environments in the hospitality industry.
